When one shames you.
Accept this pain with love -
For it was the will of the One Above.
T'is a cleansing for your soul -
Which is the ultimate goal.
Take the opportunity-
And be happy.
Seek out a chance to be extra kind -
Even when, "it's too difficult", says your mind.
Pray to the L-rd that it will never be you -
That insults another Jew.
For then what would you do?
