Okay, Mordche' you get your honorable mention here...

You can't say that everything that comes out of the ground is a vegetable. That's like saying that mint leaves are a vegetable, or that parking meters are vegetables.

This was followed by a very awkward silence. (It was already silent, because everyone had washed for the matzah, but now the silence turned awkward. Sometimes you can just tell.)

The point is that round matzas are more fragile than newborn babies, and if you don't believe me, you can try holding a matza by one end and smacking it on the bottom.
